The Fast Track event is directly after the Ice Bath event and will help you with the vision, goals, and practical strategy to make 2026 the best year of your life. Former Navy SEAL Garrett Unclebach will work with you individually to take a guided look back at what's been, what's down the road, and understand where you're at now. He'll then help you use the filters of purpose and core values to come out with a clear mission statement for the year, well defined goals, and the practical tools to implement it. You will come out ready to attack the year with the exact plan to make it the best year of your life. Impossible is just a mental barrier. We will also deal with overcoming fears and removing limitations that restrict you from realizing your potential.
