Most introductions start with someone telling you what they do, but instead I will tell you who I am and what I bring to any room I'm in. I am an energy producer and lifelong learner who has an exceptional ability to adapt and overcome. What that means practically is that I encourage, uplift, and energize others, always seek to learn and grow better, and use what I learn along with my high energy to figure out any and all problems and win.

Now I'll tell you what I've done because of who I am. More than anything, I'm a follower of Jesus and my relationship with God is central to all I do. I've been married for 19 years and counting and I'm more connected and in love with my wife than at any other point and that will continue to grow. I have 3 kids I love deeply and I'm proud of the relationship I have with them. We talk about thinking, who we are, and what it means to have our last name regularly. As a father, I take my responsibility to lead, protect, and provide seriously and I'm active in giving my kids their identity and stewarding them by shaping them into all God made them to be.

Professionally, I have 3 businesses including the Impossible Life, a marketing consultancy, and a video production company called Origin Creative. I've worked with big name companies like Ticketmaster, Rawlings, and Tailor Made and plenty of companies you've never heard of. I've brought products to market in sports and taken them from zero to being worn by some of the biggest names in baseball. Working with everything from pure start-ups to Fortune 500 companies has given me some unique insights into business and helps me with my own businesses and any others I work with.

Personally, I am an NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) practitioner and have spent a lot of time studying cognitive behavioral psychology. The reason I was so drawn to that is I was depressed and alcohol dependent for 6 years in my twenties. I know what it is to be completely numb and feel like everyday is the same. I also know what it is to wake up excited to live every day knowing that your life is rich with purpose.
